So far, I’ve been observing some things about people that disturb me. Granted, we all have our quirks…especially yours truly. However, in this day and age, when people say that they are committed to an individual, what they really mean is “I’m committed to you when I’m with you at this moment but when you turn your back I’ll be looking for another person to get my freak on.” For goodness sake, guys (and gals). If you don’t want to be in a committed relationship, just say so. Maybe it’s more complicated than just staying with one person and getting your needs met with just ONE person. Maybe people crave different needs to be met with other individuals. But whatever it is, quite frankly, it pisses me off. It makes us look like animals. And even if we are animals, we’re supposed to be more evolved by now, right? Life is already complicated by itself, why make things even more complicated with the person we claim to love, trust, and honor?
